Welcome February! February is an excellent month. Why, you wonder? Beyond being my birthday month and the month when you can pick lemons straight from the tree here in Mallorca, it is great simply because it is not January. And it is a fresh opportunity to Begin Again. Because perhaps for you, like me, January was a white wash. A smack in the face of plans and intentions that did not go according to December’s vision boarding or grand plans.

So as Victoria and I were talking about the challenges that January had presented, for us and many around us, we thought no, we do not need to let go of all of those good intentions, we need to begin again. And the ability to begin again, is truly a super power. Whether it is to make February the new January, or when you need to restart the week, the day, the tennis game. If we have the ability to begin again, all is possible. In our latest Roos&Shine podcast we muse on this topic to great length. And we start with the fundamentals (quite frankly because I needed it). We talk about self-awareness (what do you need to start again - and it might not be what you think), the importance of refocus, and the magic of baby steps. And loads more, which will leave you with the inspiration and energy you might need to begin again.
